Don't worry. Because we have our own factory, and other suppliers are the middlemen between customers and the factory.

Some suppliers even use our factory. Owning the factory can make our profits in bulk, instead of charging high fees for each order.

Are your pins made in China?

Yes!, Our factory is located in Kushan city of China (a Shanghai Suberb) and has been operating for more than 20 years.

How to make your production times quicker than other suppliers?

In our own factory, we plan our own jobs and try to keep our machines running the whole day. our job planning is tight, but we can be adjusted for every order and higher discounts.

Do you have higher discounts?

Of course. If you are using our items for programs or non-time-sensitive orders, we can add production time, schedule other jobs, and then give you a nice discount.

Do you offer the design for customers?

This is not a problem. We have the best designer for you to create handicrafts. You can give us your idea and then the designer will give you a better solution.

Do you offer assistance with artwork?

We do! In most cases, we provide all the assistance you need for free. However, in some cases, such as asking us to vector trace photos or bitmap, we may need to charge extra...
