Artwork & design
Custom Design work is our specialty. Send us what you have. Based on your individual requirements, we can make helpful suggestions or even brainstorm with you to help find the right design and the best type of pin to meet your objectives. We’ll send you a pre-production artwork of your pin via fax or e-mail for approval. All pins come with military clutch at no extra charge. We also offer a variety of other attachments, contact our sales representative for more info.
Free graphics
For the fastest service we prefer artwork in any one of the following formats provided to us:
　　Adobe Illustrator
　　Adobe Photoshop
　　Acrobat Reader
Imitation / Soft Enamel:
Please specify the PMS number (Pantone Matching System) or the 4 Color CMYK.
Printed Pins:
The artwork optimal resolution is 300dpi. If it is 72dpi, the photo size is recommended 3 to 4 times larger than the final printout.

Q.C. Procedures and Details
Our Q.C. is conducted every step of the way. Products that did not meet the standard of our Q.C. requirements are taken off the production lines immediately from each procedure

We conduct visual and mechanical inspections during each procedure of production. We also check again of our finished items before packing.

Delivery:

Normal shipping dates require 1-2 weeks after confirmation of final artwork and order

Rush order is available 3-7days based the carfts.

Packaging:

All products are individually poly-bagged unless otherwise specified.

Phone Orders:

All orders must be in writing, fax, or email. POP will not accept responsibility for corrections or errors on verbal orders/instructions.

Pricing:

Prices are quoted in US Dollars.

Repeat Orders:

Dies and molds are hold for two years unless specified by customer.

Payment and Shipment:

Payment by T/T is the most popular way for mostly orders, and L/C is available for us.

Shipped by courier service such as FedEx, UPS is appropriate ways for smaller or rush orders. Shipped by sea freight or air cargo is also common for bigger orders.
Pls. inform us your shipping instruction one week prior to shipment in case you have indicated forwarders in China, thus we have plenty time to dart them.
